One day, when all the employees got to work, they saw a note waiting for them on the door:

“Yesterday, the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym”

At first, everyone was sad or the loss.

But after a while, they grew curious to know who the man was, who hindered their growth.

At the funeral, the employee were excited to finally learn the man’s identity.

“Who is this guy who was hindering my progress?” once said.

“At least he’s gone now” said another.

Each employee had a chance to visit the coffin, but each became speechless once they looked inside. It was as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul.

Inside the coffin was a Mirror. Everyone who looked inside could see themselves.

Next to the mirror was a sign:
