REGENCY ALLIANCE INSURANCE PLC OFFICIALLY HANDS OVER OFFICE FACILITY TO GBAGADA PHASE I RESIDENTS OF LAGOS STATE.

Regency Alliance Insurance PLC has officially opened and handed over a newly completed Office Facility to the residents of Gbagada Phase I, Lagos, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable community development and shared prosperity.

The Opening and Formal Handover Ceremony, which took place on Monday, March 2, 2026, at the Estate Office, Sports Complex, Gbagada Phase I, Lagos, was graced by estate representatives, community leaders, and high-ranking Regency Alliance Insurance PLC staff.

The event, which commenced at 10:00 am with the arrival of guests, was followed by an opening prayer and introductory remarks by the Master of Ceremony, who highlighted the significance of the project and its impact on the estate community.

In her remarks, the Executive Director, Corporate Services for Regency Alliance Insurance PLC, Mrs. Anu Shobo, provided an overview of the office facility project, emphasizing its purpose as a functional and sustainable facility designed to enhance community activities and administrative efficiency within the estate.

She reiterated that the initiative reflects Regency Alliance Insurance PLC’s dedication to responsible corporate citizenship and long-term community partnership.

The Estate Chairman responded with heartfelt appreciation, acknowledging the thoughtful contribution and describing the office facility as a timely and valuable addition to the estate’s infrastructure.

A major highlight of the ceremony was the formal opening by the Acting Chairman – Board of Directors for Regency Alliance Insurance PLC, Chief Wale Taiwo (SAN), which included the symbolic presentation of handover items, official declaration of the office facility open, and a ribbon-cutting captured in photographs. The Chairman stated that the company is willing to offer support to the community to the limit of the company’s financial capacity.

The plaque unveiled at the site confirms the dedication of the office facility to the residents of Gbagada Phase I.


The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, closing remarks, and a guided walk-through of the facility, allowing guests to experience firsthand the quality and functionality of the newly delivered facility.
